Italian FIMIC melt filter provides automatic melt filter solution for customers in Asia

The Italian company FIMIC, which provides automatic self-cleaning filter to plastic recycling industry, participated Chinaplas for the very first time. 
 

Since 1963, FIMIC started to provide its machines to plastic recycling industry. From the customized guillotines for cutting big bales of plastic, rubber, paper roll… to the automatic melt filter since the past decade. FIMIC has became a reliable partner for the plastic recycling industry in Europe and America. 
 

Since 2019 K show, FIMIC started to promote its machines to the countries in Asia, including South East Asia, North Asia and China. For the past 18 months, FIMIC has successfully installed several sets of automatic filters in the recycling companies which process post-consumer HDPE regrinds, PP regrinds, LDPE regrinds and films etc in Asia. 
 

FIMIC provides easy to use automatic melt filter. The melt filter is equipped with self-cleaning system to clean the screen surface so the screen changing frequency is much less comparing to the conventional manual screen changer. For example, the conventional screen changer has to be changed once every few minutes. After using FIMIC automatic melt filter, the screen doesn’t need to be changed from week up to months. It gives the recyclers the opportunity to have higher production. The filter provided by FIMIC can be installed with laser or punched screen. The laser screen can do the finest filtration up to 80 micron (180 mesh). The other big advantage of FIMIC filter is the affordable spare parts, comparing to other automatic filters in the market. 

Covid-19 has brought many limitations for traveling, but FIMIC still attends to Chinaplas 2021 to talk to more recyclers in China. Recyclers also have good respond to FIMIC’s solution and technology. 
 

FIMIC never stops their presentation and service to customers. During 2020, FIMIC worked together with their customers and has successfully installed 50 sets of filters remotely.
