プラスチックフィルムインフレーション成形機
プラスチックフィルムインフレーション成形機は、フィルムブロー成形機やインフレーションフィルム製造機とも呼ばれ、プラスチック樹脂を連続した筒状フィルムに加工する押出成形システムです。樹脂は押出機内で溶融され、環状ダイから押し出された後、内部の空気圧によってバブル状に膨張します。その後、エアリングで冷却され、平らに折りたたまれてロール状に巻き取られます。標準的な単層ラインでは、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPEおよびこれらの混合樹脂を加工でき、軟質プラスチックフィルムの製造に最も広く使用されている設備の一つです。
これらの機械で製造されるフィルムは、ショッピングバッグ、ゴミ袋、衣類用袋、レジ袋、農業用フィルム、温室用フィルム、食品・消費財包装、産業用ライナーなど、幅広い用途に使用されています。ダイのサイズ、ブローアップ比、引取速度を調整することで、フィルムの幅、厚さ、表面特性を制御できます。また、回転ダイ、自動厚み制御、コロナ処理などのオプションにより、厚みの均一性を向上させ、後工程の印刷やラミネート加工への適性を高めることができます。
