射出成形機はプラスチック加工業界で最も汎用性の高い設備のひとつだが、すべての射出成形機が同じ構造をしているわけではない。2つの異なる工場に足を運べば、片方ではバスほどの長さの機械が自動車のバンパーを成形しており、そのすぐ隣では、ファイルキャビネットより一回り大きい程度のコンパクトな機械が、すでに金属端子が成形済みのコネクタを生産している、という光景を目にするかもしれない。どちらも射出成形機だ。両者の違いは、たった一つの設計上の選択――型締め機構と射出ユニットをどの向きに配置するか――に集約される。

All-Electric Two-Component Injection Molding Machine (CT-R series)
Introduction All-Electric Two-Component injection molding equipment which is suitable for two-component and multi-component products, including electronic parts, medical appliance, cosmetic containers, etc. With its clamping force ranging from 180 tons to 400 tons. Features Adopting multiple independent barrels for parallel injection, greatly shortens the cycletime. The injection carriage is equipped with linear guides and has low charging back pressure, reducing melt overflow. The servo rotary table speed is improved by 30%-50%, which shortens the cycle time and enables fast and smooth speed switching. The servo rotary table switches rotating direction with positioning accuracy up to 0.005°, making injection molding products more precise and stable. Tie bars are not embedded in platen to reduce pollution, abrasion and power consumption, which is suitable for medical and electronic parts. Intelligent mold clamp low-pressure protection, reduces the risk of mold crush. The whole machine is controlled by servo motors, all the movement is fast and stable. Compared with hydraulic machine, it saves electricity by 70-40%. With high-speed production and multi-axis synchronous control, it provides customers with the shortest cycle time design, and the stability of the weight of the molded product is within 0.3%. Support OPCUA agreement, can be integrated with iMF 4.0 smart management system, provide differentiated services.
