Pre-show report for the 29th International Plastics & Rubber Machinery, Processing & Materials Exhibition.

At the 2016 Taipei Plas Exhibition, we expanded our international perspective and this brought about a lot of benefits. We have over 40 years of experience, specializing in plastic recycling machinery whole plant equipment planning, design and manufacturing. Our new Plastic Squeeze Dryer machine allows you to have high-quality and high-efficiency plastic recycling lines.

The special screw design enables the DW series to squeeze and dewater even more efficiently. The washed materials don't need to go through the dehydration process, so they can be put directly into our DW Series squeeze dryer. After being put through the squeezing process, the moisture ranges from 1 ~ 3%. Depending on the chemical properties of the different plastic material, the maximum output capacity can reach up to 900KG per hour.

With our plastic recycling machine, the materials after squeezing can be put directly into the plastic recycling machine for granulation. Due to the low moisture content of squeezed plastic, this in turn reduces the chance of cracking the material. Granulate with higher capacity and quality!
