Everplast Machinery was founded in 1993. For responding the rapid expanding business of Everplast Machinery, in 2008, E-Plast was established in Tainan city (located in southern Taiwan) to develop more possibities for the clients. Everplast Machinery / E-Plast are very specialized in the manufacture of the machinery equipment for producing pipes, profiles, soft pipes, door, compounding, WPC, and tooling. We provide the professional extrusion lines to our customers based on the market demands and the diversified characteristics of the resin material. Overall, Everplast Machinery / E-Plast have produced and turned out more than 800 extrusion lines in nearly 20 years. The success of our machine lines lie in the fact that we incorporate the specific resin characteristics and the assembly of the machine line well, that is, to enable our customers to produce quality finished product to their end users.
 

Using natural fiber in extruding profiles is getting popular. People try to develop new properties of the finished Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), such as PP / PE resin mixed with 40-80% natural fiber or PVC mixed with 40-70%  natural fiber then produce different kinds of profiles.　Based on this mass requirement, Everplast Machinery has developed 

1. segmented twin screw extruder + special single screw extruder line.  

2. parallel twin screw extruder + special single screw extruder line combine tooling  die head and all down stream equipments; for WPC profiles production we has already achieved very good result. We open the market for our clients around the world.
