Blown Film Extruder (Inflation Machine) for the Packaging Industry

Polystar is able to customize the blown film machines based on the targeted end products, including different types of material (HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP), different range of film width, thickness and output.

The specially-designed screw enhances the mixing of material, which allows high efficiency and production even when producing with a high % of recycled material.

Polystar will demonstrate a 3 layer blown film machine as well as recycling machine in K show Germany, 2013.
