In CHINASPLAS 2016, SCY demonstrates the New Hybrid Drive Packaged Solution (170HB + 4 CAV 220ml PS CUP MOLD + ROBOT) with a 5 seconds operating cycle time, and has successfully caught the spotlight in the fair. The key to the steady and efficient cycle time is the All Electric Injection Unit that built on our Hybrid Drive system platform.

The All Electric Injection Unit provides 50% more production efficiency in comparison to one with the conventional accumulative drive. It is an accurate and cost saving solution with a trouble free from oil leak and cylinder break down.
The All Electric Injection Unit also provides the same level of production efficiency and consistency as the all electric machine.
