The GF-ABA-55-50 is a 3-layer high speed inflation machine with an A-B-A structure: the two outer layers are fed from one extruder and the core layer from a second, so that a 3-layer film is produced with two extruders rather than the three used in JANDI'S A-B-C lines (GF-E3C and GF-L3C series). The listing sits in the showroom alongside the biodegradable PLA/PBAT blown film machines.
The A-B-A arrangement is used where the two skin layers share the same recipe and the core carries a different compound. The die, air ring, take-up tower and winder are configured with the buyer at quotation, together with film width, thickness range and output; suitability for biodegradable compounds is confirmed at the same stage.
