Perforated Bags on Roll Machine with Core and 2 Photocells

CWAAP is for 2 individual lines printed or non-printed perforated bottom sealed bags or table covers on roll with core by changing finished rolls manually at maximum speed 250 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

• Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bags' lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bags' lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.

• Produce 2 different bag widths with similar thickness and bag lengths at the same time.

• Taiwan made AC motors with Japan made YASKAWA inverters for rewinding shafts.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
