The SMNR-1000 is Ming Jilee's single line coreless machine for M, C, N and V shape folded flat-end garbage bags and table sheet on roll, folding and winding finished bags directly onto a roll without a core.

It handles bag lengths of 200- 1500 mm and bag widths of 300 - 950 mm, processing film at 0.01 - 0.08 mm thickness / layer at a max speed of 80 meters, winding rolls up to Max Ø150 cm in diameter. The line runs on a 220V, 3Phases, 50 / 60 HZ, 12KVA power supply with a 2.5 kw heater, and calls for a 5 HP air compressor (not included).
