The JIT-45D is the 2-Color T-shirt Bag Making Line in JANDI'S JIT series. Rather than a stand-alone bag machine, a JIT line links blown film extrusion, printing and bag making into one in-line process, so that resin enters at one end and finished, printed T-shirt bags leave at the other without intermediate film rolls being stored and re-handled. The 45D designation identifies the two-color printing configuration of the line.
The JIT series is offered in several configurations — mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and the 2-color full-automatic type represented by the JIT-45D — so the line can be matched to the film structure and print requirement of the bag. Line composition, film width and output are configured with the buyer at quotation, and the specification table below lists the models in the series.
