TOP-PELLET® extrusion-grade materials possess excellent processing characteristics suitable for extrusion processes, including low moisture absorption, high thermal stability at extrusion temperatures, stable viscosity with temperature characteristics, balanced viscosity and slippage to prevent slippage, and excellent shape retention after extrusion. Custom materials can be developed to meet specific customer needs and are widely used in the manufacture of products such as yoga straps, fitness elastic ropes, medical tourniquets, automotive trim, imitation wood railings, bicycle brake cable sleeves, and transmission lines.

TOP-PELLET® extrusion grade materials are based on SBS/SEBS. Their superior processing performance effectively solves the problems of high processing costs of highly polluting vulcanized rubber systems and the poor cold resistance and harmful substances generated during the process of PVC. TOP-PELLET® extrusion grade materials do not generate harmful substances during extrusion processing and can be recycled and reused. They have the advantages of being environmentally friendly and reducing raw material costs, and comply with international environmental protection standards such as RoHS, REACH, and California Proposition 65.
