1. Efficiently addresses and eliminates blocked water channels and insufficient cooling in many types of in-plant equipment, including molds, coolers, injection-machine hopper discharge ports, mold temperature controllers, dryers, water-cooled air compressors, water chillers, and air conditioners.
2. The cleaning machine is easy to connect to the water channel being cleaned, and it cleans the channel thoroughly.
3. It can also clean conformal water channels in 3D-printed irregular conformal mold cores to maintain unobstructed flow.
4. It can clean and clear the fine holes of jet coolers in die-casting molds; there is a documented result of clearing cooling holes as small as Φ1 mm.

7. Cleaning uses high-pressure, high-speed pulses produced from tap water or groundwater and compressed air. If calcium-carbonate scale has hardened under high temperature, add 1–2 kg of sulfamic acid to soften the scale.
8. Can be used with 10% pH 7 neutral rust remover to remove scale and rust at the same time.
