The patented blade design minimizes bottle damage (material loss rate: < 1%) , allowing for a suggested blade replacement cycle of processing up to 5,000 tons of material, even with a few hard impurities in it. 5. The built-in negative pressure cyclone enables self-cleaning, prevents clogging, and separates labels and impurities for collection in line, which reduces the need for maintenance, ensures production continuity, and increases profits for investors.
