Pass Cardは1999年からPETプリフォーム金型を開発しています。細口、広口、5ガロンのプリフォーム金型をラインアップし、72、64、48キャビティなどの多数個取り設計に対応します。細口プリフォーム金型にはPass Card独自のバルブゲート・ホットランナー設計を採用し、プリフォーム肉厚の同心度±0.075 mm（L = 100 mm）を保証します。モールドベースはPDS-5（P-20）高級工具鋼（HRC 27～35）、コアとキャビティはスウェーデンASSAB STAVAX-420焼入れステンレス鋼（HRC 50～52）を使用し、部品の80%は射出成形機に取り付けたまま交換できます。
