The KML-80 is a high-speed plastic inflation machine for blown film extrusion of LDPE and LLDPE resins, producing film up to 2,000 mm wide for applications such as plastic farm film and car film. The extruder unit is fitted with an Ø80mm screw at a 30:1 L/D ratio and a 75 HP AC driving motor with inverter, supported by 7-zone auto thermo control. The MGA-47D-800 kraft bubble mailer machine produces padded envelopes that combine a kraft paper exterior laminated with PE with a 2- or 3-layer flat bubble film interior on a paper core, plus a releasing film for the adhesive closure strip. Size is set by servo motor and digital computer with a photocell sensor, covering an effective cutting width of Max. 640 mm and effective cutting length of Max. 500 mm. Three sides and the bottom are firmly welded using both upper and lower heating elements plus ultrasonic sealing, and the bottom mold can be changed to switch bag length. Various unwind configurations support large single-line bags or small twin-line bags with double-layer feeding, each fitted with an EPC tracking device and tension control; output reaches 20 - 50 pcs/min for widths over 320 mm, or 20 - 50 pcs/min × 2 in twin-line mode for widths under 320 mm. Z series large vertical shredders are mostly recommended for applications processing pre-shredded metal scrap from twin shaft shredding systems. These machines aggressively size reduce and densify pre-shredded material whilst liberating the various different fractions, allowing for better separations and reduced transportation costs. The breakers in the upper part of the chamber smash the material until it is small enough to enter the gap between the milling rings and chamber liners. When the material enters the second stage the milling rings impact, grind and roll the material into clean, dense nuggets. When milled in to small enough pieces, the balled-up material falls into the lower chamber and is ejected by the discharge paddles. The three above stages create a product which is both clean and of high bulk density suitable for transportation.
