The KMH-65 is a high-speed HDPE blown film extrusion line built for wide-format film production, used in applications such as plastic shopping bags. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring, then flattened and wound. The KMH-65 produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 1300 mm width, with output between 20-80 kgs/hr.The extruder runs a Ø 65 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 4-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 50 HP motor with inverter. The KMH-MINI is a compact HDPE blown film extrusion line built for smaller-format inflation film production. Within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. Max. film width of up to 4.2 m (8.4 m for single-layer-opened films) It supports a wide range of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, MPE, PP, and others. The machine is equipped with three sets of gearboxes and motors for independent control. Optionally, a 360º Oscillating Nip roller device can be added to ensure uniform film thickness and improve the performance of the rotary die device. The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs.
