This extrusion line is designed for making monofilament and suites for PE raw material. It can offer the round yarn (monofilament) to model SR-R & DR-R knitting machine.
The winder is direct type which can wind the yarn directly into the beam. It doesn’t need to use the warping machine so customer can save a working process and the plant space.

Slitting and extension machine is progressive flat yarn feeding equipment for knitting machine which instead of traditional yarn feeding mode like creel or beam. It saves the labor & space, also the warping process of beam.

PE Film would be slit by razor blades and through the heater plate to make 7.5 times of extension, then the finished flat yarns will be driven smoothly from guide rollers direct to knitting machine.

SR-RF series is equipped with both round yarn and flat yarn let-of systems (beam and Slitting & Extension Machine) in one machine, so it could produce fabrics in complete round yarn, flat yarn, or mix of both yarn.
