WACLシリーズは単なるドライラミネート機ではありません。コールドフォーミングフォイルは、このような厚いラミネートを処理するための適切で正確な張力制御に非常に関心があります.張力制御に関しては、このマシンは主に Alu-alu 箔の多層ラミネート用に設計されています。アーチ ドライヤー ローラーはライン速度と同期しており、フィルムがドライヤーを通過するときの摩擦が非常に低く、安定しています。内部乾燥チャンバーには安全 LEL 検出機能があり、このシステムは生産中に高 VOC が検出された場合に自動的に排出できます。このマシンは、ヒートシールラッカー塗装機能も兼ね備えています。ラッカー塗装ユニットの前に追加のプライマー コーティング ユニットがあるため、1 回のパスで両面 (プライマー + ヒート シール) コーティングを適用できます。コーティングユニットには、ダイレクトグラビアおよびセミフレキソコーティングシステムの代替機能があります。セルフポンプ方式の塗装台車で、素早いジョブチェンジが可能です。
